Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid APEX Pro subscriptions on apextech.coach, operated by Apex Fitness.

Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

1. Overview

Apex Fitness is an evolving AI fitness platform in early beta. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Free access

APEX Free does not require payment. No refunds apply to free features.

3. Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Billing history and receipts are available through your account or the provider’s portal where applicable.

4. Renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel through the billing options in your account to stop future charges. After cancellation, Pro access typically remains until the end of the current paid period.

Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. We do not offer prorated refunds, credits for unused time, or refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated coaching when the service operated as described.

If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a mandatory refund or cooling-off right, we will honor that right to the extent required.

6. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us through the app or website before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product matures. The “Updated” date above will change when we do.
