- Fitness & wellness data — goals, training preferences, progress logs (e.g., weight, workouts, nutrition, habits), and profile details you enter.
- AI interactions — messages you send to the coach and responses generated for you, plus related coaching memory used to personalize future sessions.
- Analytics & usage data — basic product analytics (e.g., feature usage, log counts, dashboard metrics) to run and improve the service.
- Cookies & session data — authentication cookies (such as a secure session token) and similar technical data needed to keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Billing-related data — subscription status and customer references from third-party payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
2. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Operate the platform and your account
- Provide AI coaching, plans, and dashboard features
- Process subscriptions through payment providers
- Improve reliability, security, and product experience
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Coaching features send relevant context (including messages and fitness data you have logged) to AI systems so APEX can generate responses. Outputs may be inaccurate—you should verify important decisions with qualified professionals.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed to run APEX, including with:
- Third-party payment providers — to bill subscriptions
- AI and hosting partners — to deliver coaching and store data securely
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Retention & security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for operations, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You may update profile and log data in the app. You may request account deletion by contacting us through the platform. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, we will respond in line with that law.
7. Age
APEX is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes
As Apex Fitness evolves, we may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
